Ryan and his crew were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the instant Ryan took over the job, he asked to handle the insurance side of things and speak with them to move the job forward. Prior to his company coming onboard, the job was at a complete standstill for almost 2 months so it was a delight to deal with a company that was quite adept in dealing with adjustors. He had a couple different crews working and the finished result was beautiful. We removed all the carpeting from upstairs and laid down beautiful porcelain tile. Ryan offered to upgrade with much nicer baseboards which look great. He also redid 2 bathroom floors with porcelain tile. There was a lot of water damage and his crew removed all the wet rot and worked hard. Ryan was super easy to talk with, he was always professional and each morning he would check in with us stopping by the job. Highly recommend. It’s 4 months later and we are extremely happy with the work. Thank you Ryan and crew.

Ryan and the Delegend team did a great job on my condo. I had a insurance claim due to damage in my bathroom and Ryan went above and beyond in dealing with the claims adjuster to make sure the work was done in a timely matter and all my needs were met. Several phone calls and emails were made by Ryan, lessening much of the burden for me in dealing with the adjuster. I was so pleased with the work on my bathroom that I asked Ryan to do a complete renovation of my home.
